Matthew
Garrad and his family relocated from England
to Savannah via New York City on September
10th, 2001. He is a police veteran
with over 20 years of experience and is
married with four children. His wife
is an RN at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.
Their eldest son is a specialist at Fort
Stewart, GA and has had the honor of serving
his new country in the war against terror in
Operation Iraqi Freedom.
